Experience
Research
I have an extensive background in qualitative research methods ranging from stakeholder and customer interviews, focus groups, usability testing, ethnographic observation and journey mapping, surveying, and more. My passion for UX design stems from the curiosities I first explored in research.
Strategy
I enjoy bridging the gap between research and design. I have experience in landscape and feature analysis, experience mapping, content and architecture strategy, as well as experience positioning and establishing performance goals.
UX Design
I have 9+ years of experience in designing in low fidelity. I explore content, page structure, and feature concepts through a variety of lenses. I like to collaborate with visual designers to refine the concepts further. From user flows, to wireframes, and low fidelity prototyping, I have the ability to ideate and visualize experiences and can leverage a design system in Figma to build them out.
Design Ops
I have 4+ years of design leadership experience curating cross functional workflows and optimizing feedback, revision, and hand off cycles. I recently worked with an organization to audit their creative and global localization processes, and suggested improvements to bolster collaboration and creativity.
Project Management
I am organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows, and coordinate resources across a creative work stream. I have strong communication and presentation skills and can manage stakeholder needs.
